To submit your abstract, please follow the steps below:

　

1. Register an Author Account

• If you do not have an account, please register by providing your email and password.
  Submit an abstract

　

2. Select the Topic

• Choose the most suitable category for your abstract from the list provided.
• If your abstract does not fit into any of the listed topics, please select "Other".

　

3. Select the Presentation Language

• International scholars should select “Sure” to present in English.
• Domestic scholars and students are encouraged to present in English.
  If you are willing to try presenting in English, please select "I can try it".
  Otherwise, select "No" for a Chinese presentation.
  The conference committee will arrange English presentations in the same sessions whenever possible.

　

4. Enter the Title (中 or 英)

• Key in the title of your abstract in either Chinese or English.

　

5. Enter the Abstract (中 or 英)

• Key in the abstract text in either Chinese or English. We suggest keeping it around 500 words, but please do not exceed 1000 words.

　

6. Enter Keywords (中 or 英)

• Key in the keywords for your abstract, one keyword per row.

　

7. Enter Author Information (中 or 英)

• Provide the information for each author, including their name, institution, and contact details.
• Select whether the author is the presenter or the corresponding author.

　

8. Upload the Abstract File

• Upload your abstract file in either .doc or .pdf
• You may prepare your abstract based on the provided template: Abstract Template
