Regarding Full Paper Submission:
An abstract submission is sufficient. Therefore, there is no need to prepare a full paper unless the authors choose to do so (in this case, please contact us privately). ORSTW2024 will compile a PDF (i.e., a soft copy, but NO hard copy) that includes all the registered abstracts (and some full papers if necessary) for all the registered participants.
Regarding Student ID Document in Registration:
The purpose of this procedure is to ensure the special registration rate is applied correctly. However, we understand there may be special cases. If you have any questions about this, please contact orstw2024@gmail.com.
Currently we only open the submission registration (NOT the participation registration yet). The participation registration fee form will be open after the paper submission is closed.
The registration fee can be paid online before Oct. 18, 2024.

Conference Registration Includes
The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, exhibitions, lunch, and refreshments.
Banquet
Due to space limitations, seat availability is based on a first come first served policy. Participants who would like to attend this event are encouraged to complete registration with full payment as early as possible.
Remarks
- For each paper presented in ORSTW2024, at least one Author’s registration must be received.
- The student registration fee should be applied with proof of valid student status.
- Regular (Domestic & International) Registration fee includes welcome reception, banquet, lunches and coffee breaks, and conference session attendance.
- Student Registration fee includes welcome reception (i.e., excluding banquet), lunches and coffee breaks, and conference session attendance.
投稿與註冊費與特別說明：
- 請大家先完成論文的「投稿註冊」，主辦單位會在結束投稿後才開放「與會註冊」（與投稿註冊不同）；ORSTW2024 亦歡迎未投稿之與會註冊者。
- 與會註冊費共分三類：
(1) 學生費用 NT$2500，不包括晚宴
(2) 一般與會者註冊費 NT$4000，已含晚宴（欲參加晚宴之學生亦屬此類）
(3) 國外學者費用 USD$150，已含晚宴 - 每篇論文擬至少收取一次註費用（若有兩篇投稿皆為同一單一作者，該作者必須付兩次註冊費）
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after October 23, 2024. All refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference concludes.
ORSTW 2024 is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as weather and venue issues. The ORSTW 2024 Conference organizers have the final say in refund decisions.
