Regarding on-site registration

1. For those participants who have not attended the banquet, you still can comeover on 11/23 afternoon to receive your registration package, and process the receipt authorization. (未參與晚宴之學生與會者，23日下午即可來現場報到領取會議資料與處理報帳事宜)
2. 未繳費參與研討會、但會來參加學會大會之學會成員，現場報到時僅會領取到午餐餐券(與研討會餐券不同)以及會員大會議程（亦即沒有研討會相關的餐券、資料與物品）
3. 今年度研討會取消各場次最佳論文評選，細節請看Presentation Guidelines
4. 今年沒有安排接駁車往返高鐵，建議搭乘台鐵沙崙線。

Regarding the Registration:

 
1. The registration deadline has been extended to October 25, 2024. This extension is to help us secure seats for the banquet. After this deadline, we still welcome new registrations, but they will need to be arranged through private communication (contact orstw2024@gmail.com) with the same rates.
 

2. The special registration rate for students is only applicable to students from Taiwanese academic institutions. Students from other countries need to register under the “foreign participant (banquet included)” rate.

Regarding Full Paper Submission:

An abstract submission is sufficient. Therefore, there is no need to prepare a full paper unless the authors choose to do so (in this case, please contact us privately). ORSTW2024 will compile a PDF (i.e., a soft copy, but NO hard copy) that includes all the registered abstracts (and some full papers if necessary) for all the registered participants.
 

Regarding Student ID Document in Registration:

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure the special registration rate is applied correctly. However, we understand there may be special cases. If you have any questions about this, please contact orstw2024@gmail.com.

Notification of Acceptance

Abstract Submission deadline has been further extended to Oct. 06 due to the typhoon. Please note that this is the final extension.
